Digital learning
BYOD program
The use of digital technologies is an important component of the Victorian Curriculum F-10. All students require a laptop as part of their high school studies. We operate a bring-your-own-device (BYOD) program. Families may purchase their own laptop or use our EduNet portal to buy a device, insurances, and peripherals.
Here is a helpful video to support you using the EduNet Portal:
Students will need a device with a connected keyboard that is capable of meeting the minimum requirements to access their learning here at school.
This program provides anytime, anywhere access to information and learning, equipping students with the skills and habits they will need for their learning now and into the future.
Google Workspace
At University High School, our teaching and learning is delivered through the Google Workspace Education platform. Through Google Classroom and its full range of resource suites, students can benefit from learning that is interactive, collaborative, personalised, engaging, and transformative.
These digital technologies enable our students to interact with and create high quality content, resources and tools to enhance our students’ success and engagement at school. It also enables personalised learning that is tailored to students’ particular needs and interests by allowing teachers and students to explore a new world of curriculum possibilities. The digital teaching and learning platforms also allows for effective ways for assessment, reporting and feedback to be delivered to students.
