Achievements & student pathways
VCE Results 2024
We are very proud of the growth and excellence demonstrated by our students in 2024. This cohort was a connected and kind group who demonstrated commitment to, and curiosity in, their studies.
This was our largest ever Year 12 cohort. Our results represent the efforts of students through a total of 1729 Study Scores across 32 subjects. 314 students in the class of 2024 have received an ATAR. In addition, 11 students undertook the VCE-Vocational Major, our very first graduating class from this program. Of these, 9 successfully completed the full certificate, and 2 received a Statement of Results.
Each and every students’ results are a credit to the hard work of these young people and their teachers throughout their time at University High School. They exemplify excellence through attention to detail, perseverance, rigour and resilience.
Today we focus on results but we know that they do not tell the full story for our graduating students. These results are a stepping stone in their learning and their personal, civic and professional development. We are delighted that a wide range of meaningful pathways and possibilities will be open to our students, and we look forward to the release of tertiary offers in January.
